Issue Description: Bonaire DP/HDMI audio noise observed
CPU: AMD 990-FX
OS:Ubuntu16.04 x64
ASIC: Bonaire XTX,XT,GL
Steps to Reproduce
1.Boot and login into desktop.
Go to settings->sound, select endpoints and test sound
Expected
Sound should be heard smoothly
Actual
noise and lag are observed
Fix : Fix is present with AMD. It is yet to be upstreamed. Please pick the fix,
once it is accepted upstreamed.
