This is fixed in yakkety because it is fixed in tidy-html5 and I believe
tidy will be removed this cycle.
In previous Ubuntu releases, the tidy package installs
/usr/lib/libtidy.so which should have been installed by libtidy-dev. I'm
marking this low because it only affects users who install third-party
software. The developers of that software should be aware of this issue
when packaging their software.
