Public bug reported: The System Settings -> Backups -> Folders to ignore list sometimes shows duplicate entries. Sometimes it shows the list as it should. Navigating from the Folders to ignore list back to All Settings, and then back to Backups,Folders to ignore produces inconsistent results.
