I installed new BIOS but I also noticed on WD15 page that there is firmawer update for dock also http://www.dell.com/support/article/us/en/19/SLN301970 as stated there point 3 "Download and Install the Intel(R) Thunderbolt(TM) 3 Firmware Update."
