Public bug reported:

When mock module used it can not be loaded because it require funcsig
>=1, and system provides only:

apt-cache policy python-funcsigs
python-funcsigs:
  Installed: 0.4-2
  Candidate: 0.4-2

moreover, own python-mock dependencies say nothing about version:

package: python-mock
...
Version: 1.3.0-2.1ubuntu1
Depends: python-funcsigs, python-pbr, python-six, python:any (<< 2.8),
python:any (>= 2.7.5-5~)
