The elbcli and rdscli packages have a dependency on libgnujaf-java,
which has been removed from Debian unstable with the rationale:
Please remove libgnujaf-java, this package is no longer used because
the Java Activation Framework is a standard API since Java 6.
If these packages are still needed/maintained (neither has been uploaded
since raring), please update them to not depend on this obsolete
package.
