As https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/mc is reporting that Xenial
includes version 4.8.15-2 and Yakkety includes version 4.8.17-1. I'll
mark this as "Fix Released".
Wily will be End of Life in less than three weeks so will not see the
update.
