Backlight brightness technically is nothing to do with Mir right now.
Although there's a good argument that we should make it Mir's
responsibility.
To see what kind of mess it is, install mir-utils and then: $ cat
/usr/bin/mirbacklight
I believe alf copied that script when he re-implemented backlight
support in USC (?)
