Public bug reported:

Menu in cinnamon do not restore it width if settings were changed from
HiDpi mode to normal.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enable hi-dpi mode (menu->preferences->general, Use interface scaling: 
change to Double (Hi-Dpi).
2. Reboot (not sure if required)
3. Disable hi-dpi mode (same way as #1)
4. Click on 'Menu' in the pannel.

Expected behaviour: 
Menu restore it size

Actual bevahiour:
Large empty gap at left of the menu items.
