Public bug reported:

fso-frameworkd is an odd package. It has 2 binaries for armel only
(since they are actually firmware for 2 specific phone models).

The package fails to even attempt to build. On the version page, the
builds section is empty. I am attaching a screenshot in case something
changes in the future.

https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/fso-frameworkd/0.10.1-3
https://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/pkg-fso/fso-frameworkd.git/tree/debian/control?h=debian

This can be worked around by just dropping those binaries from
debian/control since they've not been in Ubuntu since armel was dropped
anyway. Or we could drop the package from Ubuntu but there are a few
rdpends.
