Public bug reported: fso-frameworkd is an odd package. It has 2 binaries for armel only (since they are actually firmware for 2 specific phone models).
The package fails to even attempt to build. On the version page, the builds section is empty. I am attaching a screenshot in case something changes in the future. https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/fso-frameworkd/0.10.1-3 https://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/pkg-fso/fso-frameworkd.git/tree/debian/control?h=debian This can be worked around by just dropping those binaries from debian/control since they've not been in Ubuntu since armel was dropped anyway. Or we could drop the package from Ubuntu but there are a few rdpends. https://qa.debian.org/developer.php?email=pkg-fso- maint%40lists.alioth.debian.org $ reverse-depends src:fso-frameworkd Reverse-Depends =============== * fso-gpsd (for fso-frameworkd) * openbmap-logger (for fso-frameworkd) * phonefsod (for fso-frameworkd) ** Affects: launchpad Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Affects: fso-frameworkd (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: ftbfs ** Attachment added: "fso-frameworkd-empty-builds.png" https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1602263/+attachment/4699419/+files/fso-frameworkd-empty-builds.png ** Also affects: fso-frameworkd (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags added: ftbfs -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1602263 Title: source package doesn't build when it contains binary package for armel only To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/launchpad/+bug/1602263/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
