Public bug reported:
today on turbo, the desktop-apps click is not installed on the phone due to
technical limits around partition size. The desktop-apps scope (fka xapps
scope) is installed & favorited, showing up empty prior to the first update.
There is a very generic text indicating population will occur later, but this
can still be confusing to users. The request from product management is to
remove the favoriting of the desktop-apps scope as default in the image, and
only to favorite the desktop-apps scope upon installation of the desktop-apps
click
