Workaround: Flash the OTA-10 image first and set up wifi in OTA-10 which works. Then when you upgrade to OTA-11 over the air for real, the wifi config will continue working in OTA-11.
So the problem is just that a raw phone shipped with OTA-11 can't connect to wifi when configured in the wizard or network indicator. ** Summary changed: - [OTA-11] Wifi never connects since installing OTA-11 + [OTA-11] Wifi never connects since installing OTA-11 (unless you install OTA-10 first) ** Summary changed: - [OTA-11] Wifi never connects since installing OTA-11 (unless you install OTA-10 first) + [OTA-11] Wifi never connects since flashing OTA-11 (unless you flash OTA-10 first then upgrade) ** Tags added: regression ** Summary changed: - [OTA-11] Wifi never connects since flashing OTA-11 (unless you flash OTA-10 first then upgrade) + [regression] [OTA-11] Wifi never connects since flashing OTA-11 (unless you flash OTA-10 first then upgrade) -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1588126 Title: [regression] [OTA-11] Wifi never connects since flashing OTA-11 (unless you flash OTA-10 first then upgrade) To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/canonical-devices-system-image/+bug/1588126/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
