Public bug reported:
The PythonQtUtils.h header file for the PythonQt library development package is
missing. This file is included by /usr/include/PythonQt/PythonQt.h and is
therefore necessary to compile any source that uses PythonQT.
A simple workaround is to download PythonQtUtils.h from te PythonQT GitHub.
