Public bug reported:
After applying updates on July 15, 2016 and rebooting, the session now
shows window title bars with the dark gray of the Ambiance theme. The
theme had been set to Radiance. I confirmed that the System Settings ->
Appearance -> Theme is still set to Radiance.
The expected behavior is that Window title bars display in a lighter
color consistent with the selected theme of Radiance.
