Used a cap letter for user name, left password empty, pressed forward button, came back to the same window. Changed caps to samll letter entered password but nothing worked quit and started all over again; with user name and password but my account never got imported. In XP I have no other accounts enabled except I think a default administrator account and one as my user name. Hope that helps. I did not import the administrator account.
