    In Ubuntu16.10 ppc64-diag package not installed by default , need to 
install using apt-get .

Reproducible Step:

1- Installed Ubuntu16.10 in power system 
2- check for rtas and opal_errd daemon
3-need to install ppc64-diag as it is missing 

Log:

root@ubuntu::~# apt-get install ppc64-diag
