Public bug reported:

When Vim Mode Enabled Builder will add 36 spaces upon insertion of a new
line via the "o" hotkey

It's a weird bug. If I'm on a line and I strike "o" it will insert 36
spaces on the current line and then insert a new blank line.

I've attached a screenshot of a line with the "draw dots for spaces"
option turned one to demonstrate the problem.
