$ sudo apt-get install collectl -y

Setting up colplot (5.0.1-3) ...
* This is where apt-get install hangs and can't be interrupted with CTRL+C.
* Upon system restart, apt-get install doesn't work with other packages either:

Errors were encountered while processing:
colplot
$ ^C
$ sudo dpkg --configure -a
Setting up colplot (5.0.1-3) ...
* It hangs again (but this command can be interrupted); I remove the two
packages with dpkg in order to continue
* Installing collectl with no colplot (i.e. select "none") Web server
integration options) works fine
