I'm not sure what state pointer grabs/confinement is in but I know bschaefer has been working on it.
Just on a related note -- GTK, X11, and probably any toolkit requires pointer grab support without confining the cursor location. The use case is to close a pop-up menu; the user clicks outside the menu and that click event must still go to the menu surface (which holds a pointer grab) (see bug 1506713). -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1605082 Title: mouse lock (pointer grab) doesn't work To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/mir/+bug/1605082/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
