@Dewald You have the same issue as MSI GE62 6QD Apache Pro (and in a
different way, the the Clevo P651RA/P651RE/... models). A workaround
(based on an analysis of ssdt6.dsl) is to boot with:

    acpi_osi=! acpi_osi="Windows 2009"

This will make the firmware use a method for Windows 7 which does not
