* New upstream release.
- Fixes crash when attempting to build an empty workspace. (LP: #1577401)
* debian/patches:
- Refresh patches.
- Drop 26_do-not-trash-cxxflags.patch, 27_spelling-fixes.patch,
and 28_fix-non-x64-build.patch. All applied upstream.
