The initramfs hook in cryptsetup works fine in the final system. We
should make the d-i environment more conformant to the one in the
installed system, so that stuff like cryptsetup, LVM, etc. can install
properly. Since we committed to consistently using UUIDs everywhere,
they should be provided by the installer environment's /dev/, too.
