Public bug reported:

Ubuntu 16.10 will include GTK 3.20 but yuyo-gtk-theme is not usable with
GTK 3.20.

As has been discussed in detail elsewhere, GTK 3.20 includes a major
rewrite of the theming code and all GTK3 themes have to be re-worked for
it. There are several GTK 3.20 compatible themes now:

- Arc
- Breeze (from KDE)
- MATE Themes
- Paper
- Numix
- Vertex
- and Ubuntu's own Ambiance and Radiance
(https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-desktop/+archive/ubuntu/gtk320)

Also, the Homepage points to https://github.com/snwh/yuyo-gtk-theme but that
URL doesn't work any more (which I believe is a hint that the original author
doesn't intend to maintain it any more). I did find a copy of the source code
at https://github.com/Acidburn0zzz/yuyo-gtk-theme
