Thank you for reporting this bug to Ubuntu. Ubuntu 15.04 is no longer supported and support for Ubuntu 15.10 runs out later this week.
See this document for currently supported Ubuntu releases: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Releases I've tried recreating this bug with Xubuntu 16.04 LTS and was unable to with any theme in shimmer-themes (some of the themes were removed before 16.04 LTS because they were old and had bugs like this one). I was also unable to duplicate this bug with Xubuntu 14.04.4 LTS. Therefore, I am closing this bug.
