This is not a bug but rather a support request.
That said, I cannot confirm the problem - I see a Microsoft IIS under
construction page.
Unless you add content and adjust nginx to look at the correct location
on the server for the files and upload content to the server accordingly
the "default DocRoot" contains the "landing" page.
