@mvidal, Hmm, you most definitely have a different issue than what this bug is about. Seems like ~/.local/share/libertine/ContainersConfig.json might be corrupted.
Could you delete that file and try again? If the problem still occurs, could you please open a new bug report and attach this file to the report?
