This is confirmed in today's Yakkety and Xenial images. (20160725)

** Description changed:

- To reproduce launch gnumeric on 16.04 the current development release
- and then in the menu help select about gnumeric. A fancy dialog with a
- link to the gnumeric website appears and has a fancy animation of the
- developer names. However at the bottom there is a button that says
- liscense that I click on it and nothing happens.
+ To reproduce:
+ 1. Launch Gnumeric.
+ 2. Go to the Help menu and select About
+ 3. Select the License button on the bottom of dialog box that pops up

- This is in gnumeric 1.12.24 on lubuntu 16.04
+ Expected:
+ This shows Gnumeric's license information.

- I expected the liscense button to display the license of gnumeric.
- Instead it seemed to have no visable effect to the user. I circled the
- blank state in a screenshot in this about dialog and have attached a
- screenshot where I circled the borken button in this about dialog.
+ Actual result:
+ The button is pressed down, but it does nothing.
