Steps:
1.Make sure that's the first time to open hotspot section
2.Tap on set up hotspot button to set one
3.In set up page , tap on "Start"
Expectation:
After step 3,hotspot will be activated and the indicator will show hotspot icon
Actual result:
It keeps spinning on "start" and never activated successfully , unless you tap
on "cancel" then you can go back to the previous page
