Public bug reported:

Downloading openstreetmap maps with wget 1.17.1-1ubuntu1.1 from ubuntu
16.10:

wget -O planet.osm.bz2 "http://ftp.heanet.ie/mirrors/openstreetmap.org
/planet-latest.osm.bz2"

It exits with "segfault" after some minutes of downloading. Uploading
and compiling new version (1.18) from official site it works.
