Public bug reported:

It'd be helpful if "sudo apt-get clean" were run after restoring a
system so that more disk space was available. I frequently do upgrade
testing and end up doing the following:

1) apt-clone restore ...
2) do-release-upgrade
3) get warning about lack of free space
4) sudo apt-get clean
5) repeat step 2 :-(

** Affects: apt-clone (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
