Issue Still persists, despite the updates.
I will do a totally "fresh" install of 16.04.1 in the near future.
I have installed ("fresh") 16.04 on another computer and it does not
have this networking problem. Furthermore, the lack of others
reporting/having this problem points to it being specific to my one
computer.
