Same issue with OTA-12.

Attaching logcat output. There are some interesting lines, such as:

D/gps_mt3326( 3334): mt3326_gps_start: line = 2188no EPOHAL file, the
EPO.DAT is not exsited, or is the latest one

With OTA-11 at least where was some space vehicles visible, now
completely zero after ~24h keeping location on.
