Public bug reported: My firefox is exhibiting some strange behaviour. If firefox is not running yet on the system (say, just after system start), and I click on an https link in, say, an email message (in Thunderbird, not sure if that's relevant), then the browser is started but displays a message saying that it cannot communicate with the server. Http URL's work fine, but https is busted.
If, however, I start firefox manually first, THEN click on the link, it works fine. ** Affects: mozilla-firefox (Ubuntu) Importance: Untriaged Status: Unconfirmed -- https broken when firefox launched by Gnome to view a clicked link https://launchpad.net/bugs/61005 -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
