When upgrading from Kubuntu 14.04 to 16.04 installer displayed message:
"Can't install 'kubuntu-desktop'
It was impossible to install a required package. Please report a bug using 
'ubuntu-bug ubuntu-release-upgrader-core' in a terminal"
