This is partially fixed in gutsy. We enable unredirect-fullscreen-
windows and this fixes the issue if the fullscreen mode is equal size of
the desktop screen resolution. A lot of games switch resolution though
(e.g. ppracer) to a smaler size and this seems to make the detection for
fullscreen windows fail.
