Public bug reported:

Bring up the manage scopes view. Attempt to delete a scope.

It seems there is no way to delete a scope from this view.

The only way to delete a scope, appears to be to try and find it in the
app store again (if it even exists there) and then uninstall it from the
app description page. This is awkward and time consuming.

There should be a delete option in the manage scopes view, perhaps the
system standard slide to the right to reveal a delete button.
