Public bug reported:
Freshly installed Unity 8 Desktop Session Mir on Ubuntu 16.04.1 LTS
(AMD64); Scopes not working. Apps fail to install including Terminal and
File Manager; once given the install command instantly showing 100%, and
then error message: "Download Failed". No apps by default except browser
and settings, both of which showing the loading symbol but not working.
Scopes reopening on its own after closing. Options in the top menu bar
like the "System settings" etc. also not working.
