Steps to reproduce:
1) Open any app from the Home Scope or launcher
2) Before it finishes to load, press Alt + F4 or press X in the title bar (The
app won't close)
3) Once the app is fully loaded, close it normally
4) Focus the Home button by Alt + F1 and press Enter
Expected result:
The Home Scope should open normally
Actual result:
The Home Scope opens and the last closed app will open again
I tested this and it only works opening apps with the Home Scopes or the
launcher. This doesn't happen opening apps from Desktop Apps Scope (aka
Xapps)
