We cannot consider this a bug as you clearly messed up with the configs.
You can find the config at org.gnome.desktop.interface scaling-factor
(set to 2.0), text-scaling-factor (set to 1.0) and com.ubuntu.user-
interface (scale-factor) but you can just use the control center,
display panel, to change it.
