Public bug reported:
On Ubuntu 16.04.1 with the latest updates, faced with the fact that when
the screen is locked, and at the same time enabled the layout is
different from English, when i attempt to unlock, show desktop computer
for awhile, and immediately the screen is locked again. When i try to
switch the layout to English, nothing happens. Layout is switched on
CapsLock. This situation is at least 2 computers. It helps only restart.
How can i troubleshoot this problem?
