Public bug reported:
djvubind would emplacing strange characters in the final .djvu file. It
does this by replacing, say, "i" with "t with an over-dot" on every
occurrence of "i" on a whole page. Or it replaces "t" with a short
vertical stroke on a whole page. And usually the errors persist until
the next page starts. Please let me know if this can be fixed. Thank you
very much.
