OS: 14.04 Trusty
The default applications setting of Photo cannot be applied,
Steps:
1.Launching system settings->about this computer-> default applications->
photos.
2.Change the default photos applications to Gallery,then close the settings and
re-launch it.
3. Find the settings cannot be applied.
** Affects: gnome-control-center (Ubuntu)
