Ubuntu 16.04:
VGA compatible controller: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. [AMD/ATI] Caicos
[Radeon HD 6450/7450/8450 / R5 230 OEM]
After update from 14.04 to 16.04 the system detects only 2 from 3 monitors
correctly. 1 from 3 monitors is not correct detectet for geometry-data. If i
change the order on the graphic-card interfaces, a other monitor will not
detect correctly. It is possible to set the right values via xrandr. If i try
to use only 2 Monitors (1 is diswired) and set them up with the system-tool in
the settings, the system cant't remember to the setting after reboot.
