In Debian, s390x is missing from unlikely desktop architecture.

On Ubuntu, I'm not sure how to fix this.

1) Ubuntu tasksel seems to not notice that key-package openssh-server is
installed and thus OpenSSH server task should be marked for installation
/ hidden.

2) Possibly network-console on ubuntu should add openssh-server to
tasksel/force-tasks

3) something else....
