Public bug reported:

I'm sorry but its a bit dumb to hard-code locations in "/usr/share/mysql
/mysql-systemd-start".

Not everybody has their data in /var/lib/mysql.

Given that any update will break mysql because it overwrites /usr/share,
you really should reference these parameters from a location that won't
be messed with by updates (e.g. /etc/default/)
