Public bug reported:
snapd 2.11+0.16.04, xenial.
While trying to install a snap package I just built, it gives me an error
message:
$ snap install hello-debug_2.10_i*.snap
error: access denied (snap login --help)
Running the same command with sudo works fine.
Logging in and trying without sudo also works fine, but it's odd. Asked in
#snappy freenode channel if there was a reason for this, or docs, and answer
was no.
<qengho> Ursinha: I think someone confused a permission problem with
installing with a non-authorized problem with downloading
restricted/paid snaps. Same exception, different uses. Maybe.
