The Ubuntu Error Tracker has been receiving reports about a problem regarding unity. This problem was most recently seen with version 1:0.9.12.2+16.04.20160714-0ubuntu1, the problem page at https://errors.ubuntu.com/problem/07d63967ac9e4ad7a1f17990b115a433ed66408c contains more details. - [Impact] Sometimes gsettings org.compiz.core:/org/compiz/profiles/unity/plugins/core/ active-plugins is not including scale, we need to ensure it's always there when loading unity session. [Test case] There's no easy way to reproduce the issue without some manual intervention.
