Public bug reported:
Please remove wine-developement binaries on armhf which are preventing
migration on i386 and amd64 where wine is mostly used.
Wine-development currently FTBFS on armhf in Ubuntu, see LP: #1611922,
due a patch in dpkg introduced in December 2011.
