Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better.
This appears already fixed in Yakkety. The changelog says "After 14 years without an upstream release, I am producing a new package based on today's upstream repository" and the Homepage field and debian/watch file point to SourceForge. If you expect this fixed in Xenial, please review https://wiki.ubuntu.com/StableReleaseUpdates I'm marking this as Incomplete as I don't feel that you have explained what the problem is here. If you still believe this is a bug, please explain why and set the bug status back to New. ** Changed in: net-tools (Ubuntu) Status: New => Incomplete -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1612191 Title: net-tools upstream package is outdated ?
