Public bug reported:
In desktop mode 3-finger touch on an application window shows touch
targets for window resizing and window move. If no further action is
done they disappear after certain timeout.
Usually the window size and position change requires more than one
action. For example resize horizontally + resize vertically or resize
both horizontally and vertically from the corner control + set a new
position for the window. That is why there should be some timeout after
the user has used one of the resizing controls. Currently the controls
dismiss after the first action and 3-finger tap is needed again to
invoke the controls again.
I would just use the same timer as in the initial controls invocation.
Just restart the time when finger released after resize action instead
of full dismiss. If the user wants to dismiss the controls immediately
it can be done by simple click on the window area where are no controls.
